On the Herostratus DVD there is a "film" entitled "Five Films (1967)" which takes 5 of Don Levy's short film experiments and combines them into one longer "film." Here is the "Special Feature" listing for it: Five Films (1967, 8 mins): Levy's hypnotic experiments in film editing techniques
